Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or that you have the necessary rights to post it, you can submit a counter-notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (with your full legal name).
- Identification of the content that was removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.

Unless the original complainant files a lawsuit seeking a court order, we may replace the removed content at our sole discretion, typically within ten to fourteen business days or more after receiving the counter-notice.
Please note that submitting a counter-notice could lead to legal proceedings between you and the complaining party to resolve ownership rights. Filing a false or misleading notice, or one made in bad faith, can result in legal consequences.
UniGrants Guide reserves the right to remove content that is alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion, in appropriate circumstances.
